About me
I’m a product manager in travel, loyalty and fintech. I lead loyalty products at Luxury Escapes, and before that I built payments and rewards products at Payment Logic for partners like Qantas, Velocity and Singapore Airlines.

Product Manager, Loyalty
Jan 2026 – present
Responsible for Luxury Escapes’ loyalty ecosystem - Société, our frequent flyer–style program (1.8M+ members), LuxPlus+, our VIP discount subscription (85k+ subscribers), and LE Shop. Major initiatives launched:
Société Credit Card
We launched Luxury Escapes’ first co-branded travel credit card: a digital card issued with MoneyMe that lets members earn Société Points on their everyday spending.
Why we built it: most of a member’s spending happens away from our site, between trips. A card keeps them earning toward their next holiday every day, and gives the program a new way to acquire members.
The launch covered partner collaboration, technical onboarding and operational readiness, through to the member experience on our landing pages and onsite acquisition flows.

Société Rewards
We launched Société Rewards, a fixed-points redemption on our Maldives charter flights and an industry first for a travel retailer. Like an airline’s classic reward seats, every seat has a set points price, so members know exactly what they’re saving toward.
Why we built it: points are only as valuable as what they can be spent on. A clear, aspirational redemption gives members a goal to work toward and lifts the perceived value of every point they earn.

Pay for Société Points
We launched the ability for members to buy Société Points and top up their balance.
Why we built it: members often fall just short of a redemption, such as a reward seat. Topping up turns that near miss into a booking.

Image 2
New Société eSIM Benefit
We added a complimentary travel eSIM to every international trip booked by Société members, with a data allowance that grows with status tier.
Why we built it: staying connected overseas is a problem nearly every traveller has, and one we could solve on every international booking. Tiered allowances also give members a tangible reason to move up a tier. It has since gone on to become the program’s most redeemed benefit.

Société Partnerships
We launched the Société partner platform: the APIs, operations and onboarding process that let partner brands offer Société Points to their customers.
Why we built it: most members travel once or twice a year, so earning was concentrated around trips. Partners give members ways to earn between holidays and bring new members to the program through brands they already use.
Launch partners included HelloFresh, HeyMax, RewardPay, B2BPay, Pay&Earn, Cents2 and Hubby eSIM.

Campaigns
We run a calendar of loyalty campaigns across our 26 markets to drive engagement, member acquisition and bookings. Highlights include:
- An annual 3x Société Points campaign in all 26 markets
- An annual LuxPlus+ Member Event in all 26 markets
- A 1-point Maldives charter flights promotion
- Status matches with Qantas Frequent Flyer in Australia, plus status match campaigns in New Zealand, the UK, the US, Singapore, Hong Kong and Germany, so frequent travellers can bring their existing status across
- 3x points on orders paid with PayPal
- Destination bonus points: 3x on Singapore and Western Australia stays, and 2x on Victoria and Fiji stays
- LuxPlus+ Flights vouchers

Extended LuxPlus+ Pricing
We extended LuxPlus+ member pricing beyond hotel packages to Flights, Cruises and thousands more Experiences.
Why we built it: members subscribe to LuxPlus+ to save on travel. Member pricing on more of what they book makes the subscription more valuable.

Société OffersHub
We launched OffersHub, a single page that brings together every partner and Luxury Escapes offer available to members.
Why we built it: as the number of partner offers grew, they were spread across emails and individual pages. One hub makes them easy for members to find, and gives partners a consistent place to be seen.
Image 1
Package Upgrades Expansion
We expanded the package upgrade benefit to tens of thousands more hotels.
Why we built it: upgrades are one of the most valued member benefits, but coverage was limited. Wider availability means members can use the benefit on more of the trips they actually book.

LuxPlus+ Backup Payment Methods
We added backup payment methods and automatic retries to LuxPlus+ subscription renewals.
Why we built it: some members were lapsing only because a card payment failed at renewal. Recovering those payments keeps them subscribed without them having to do anything.
Société Activities
We launched Société Activities, a gamified hub where members earn points by completing activities.
Why we built it: it gives members ways to earn between trips, and teaches them how to get more out of the program as they go.
Image 1
Société Logged-in Landing Page Overhaul
We redesigned the logged-in Société experience into a central hub for each member’s status, benefits, partner offers and Société products.
Why we built it: a single home for everything makes the program easier to understand, and helps members discover and redeem the benefits their tier gives them.
Image 1
LuxPlus+ landing page overhaul
We redesigned the LuxPlus+ landing page to explain the subscription and its benefits more clearly.
Why we built it: it’s where prospective members decide whether LuxPlus+ is worth it, so the value needs to be obvious at a glance.

Associate Product Manager, Loyalty
Apr 2025 – Dec 2025
Led the 0→1 launch of Luxury Escapes Shop, building and shipping a new vertical.
Luxury Escapes Shop
We launched Luxury Escapes Shop, a new shopping vertical on luxuryescapes.com, built from scratch.
Why we built it: until then, points mostly went toward big-ticket travel. Shop gives Société Points more utility, with lower-value ways to redeem them on everyday items, while members keep earning points on what they buy.
The launch covered the full experience:
- Landing page, search, offer pages, checkout and post-purchase
- Cross-site merchandising and lifecycle communications
- Seller onboarding and account management
- Customer support operations and escalation workflows
- Seller invoicing and reconciliation

Business and Product Analyst
Jul 2023 – Feb 2025
Led discovery, scoping and delivery of customer-facing products and internal platform improvements across one of Australia’s leading B2B payments and rewards platforms.
Rewards Accelerator
We launched the Rewards Accelerator, which lets businesses choose how many bonus points they earn on each payment. Customers pick from up to eight tiers, from the standard rate up to 10 points per dollar, with a fee that scales with the tier.
Why we built it: businesses value points differently. Some want the lowest cost, others want to build a large balance quickly for something like business-class flights. Letting customers choose per payment turned points into something they control.
In the year after launch, point issuance grew 126% year on year, with more than 450 million points issued.

Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer
We launched Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer as a rewards partner, so businesses can earn KrisFlyer miles on payments like the ATO, suppliers, rent and payroll.
Why we built it: KrisFlyer gives businesses that travel internationally a program suited to long-haul and premium travel, and gives customers more choice in where their points go.
Image 1
Image 2
Virgin Australia Business Flyer
We launched Virgin Australia Business Flyer as a rewards partner, so businesses can earn Business Flyer points on their everyday payments.
Why we built it: Business Flyer is Virgin Australia’s program for small and medium businesses, a natural fit for customers paying business expenses. The business earns into its own account and can transfer points to its employees’ Velocity accounts.

Image 2
Member Benefits
We launched Member Benefits, a hub inside the Payment Logic business portal where customers find exclusive offers from partners across rewards programs, business cards, travel, finance and professional services.
Why we built it: it gives customers more value from the platform beyond earning points on payments, and gives partners a direct way to reach a valuable audience of business owners.

Customer Service to Sales Support Representative
May 2019 – Jul 2023
Progressed through customer operations into product, developing deep expertise in payments, loyalty programs and customer experience while supporting platform improvements, reporting, product discovery and sales operations.
Sales Tracker
We built the Sales Tracker, an internal tool for tracking client portfolios and sales performance.
Why we built it: bringing portfolio tracking and performance into one tool gave the sales and account teams a single view, and made their work faster and more reliable.
Client Application Status Page
We built the Client Application Status Page, where new customers can see where their application is in the onboarding and approval process and what’s still needed from them. Our sales and customer service agents use the same view to track and support each application.
Why we built it: new customers want to start paying quickly, and not knowing where their application stands leads to drop-off and support calls. A clear status page keeps applicants moving and helps the team unblock approvals faster.
Website Live Chat (Freshchat)
We added live chat to the website so prospects and existing clients can reach customer service in real time.
Why we built it: many questions are quick to answer but slow by email or phone. Chat resolves them while the customer is still on the site.
Calendly Integration
We integrated Calendly so clients and prospects can book sales and customer service calls themselves.
Why we built it: self-serve booking removes the back-and-forth of scheduling and makes it easier for prospects to talk to sales.
